Vintage 2020 seemed like fun at the time, but as we know now, the pandemic hit, and life changed as we knew it.
We kept some of the harvest to produce a sparkling pinot noir; to sense the vineyard in a different way. It’s a “pet nat” style of fizz.
Bottled after first fermentation, it is light cranberry in colour with no additons.
Preparing to release end of 2023.
